PROFICIENCIES

My skills have been built up over years of professional work experience, research, training sessions and communication with people from different sectors, both within academia and industry. I have developed research-specific skills and soft skills, working both independently and within small to very large teams.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

I have experience in managing teams (of about 10-50 people), projects (for specific deliveries within large collaborations like Euclid and Planck space satellites).

EVENT ORGANIZATION

I have organised schools, conferences, workshops both within and outside academia, for up to 1200 participants, from 1-day up to 3 month events.

LANGUAGES

I speak Italian (Native), English (Full Professional Proficiency), French (Full Professional Proficiency), German (intermediate).

COMMUNICATION

I often assume work roles to bridge and moderate groups with different expertise. I co-led Euclid Communication in 2011-2013 and I am CEA representative for Euclid France Communication since 2018.

DATA SCIENCE

As a scientist, I have 10+ years of experience in statistics, Monte Carlo simulations, likelihood and forecasts.

Since 2016, I have acquired experience in Machine Learning and I am Alumna of the Science to Data Science programme to train scientists into data science.
